Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Service Booking and Payments
All services are confirmed only after a partial or full advance payment, depending on the project scope.
2. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before service execution for a refund to be considered.
If coordination work or booking has already been initiated, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by 4Axis Tech
If a service cannot be delivered due to provider unavailability or unforeseen reasons, we will offer an alternative or full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Completed services, design work, media content, or third-party bookings are non-refundable once executed or delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to reach out to our support team for any issues. We will mediate with the service provider and aim for a fair resolution.
